From Hotel De Len, reach Bai de Dones in about 15 minutes. From here, either take the chairlift to Rifugio Scoiattoli or hike up (approx. 1.5 hours), passing the mysterious Bai de Dones Lake and historic Rifugio Cinque Torri.

Once at the top, follow the open-air museum trail through WWI trenches, restored posts, and educational panels. The area is also a world-famous climbing spot. Continue on trail no. 409 to Rifugio Cinque Torri, one of the oldest mountain huts in the region. Return via the chairlift or on foot, with sweeping views of the Tofane peaks.
