VIDEO SURVEILLANCE SYSTEM
CCTV recordings are carried out to ensure the safety of guests and staff. The Hotel Director is the sole Data Controller, identifiable by the organisation chart: he/she is the only person entitled to access the system and is responsible for data processing for the 24 hours post recording, after which the remote memories will be deleted, unless they are otherwise required by the authorities.
Video surveillance is not related to checking the work of staff, its only purpose is to protect the company assets, as agreed with the RSU.
