The Olympic Games in Cortina d'Ampezzo
Will it be possible to ski during the Games?
Yes. All slopes not involved in competitions or training will remain open to the public.

All lifts and slopes will be accessible without restrictions until the end of the Christmas holidays. | With the start of race-related preparations, only the Olympia delle Tofane and Labirinti slopes will gradually close. All other slopes in the ski area will remain fully open. |

Will mountain huts and restaurants be open?
Yes. Mountain huts, slope-side eateries and restaurants—in town and at high altitude—will remain open. Guests will be able to enjoy traditional cuisine and experience the authentic Dolomite atmosphere throughout the Games.
Will it be possible to stay in Cortina during the Olympics?
Yes. It will also be possible to stay at HOTEL de LEN throughout the Olympic period.
I have a ticket but I am not staying in Cortina: how do I reach the competition venues?
Dedicated buses will be available for ticket holders, with signposted pedestrian routes providing easy access to the venues.
Will it be possible to watch the races directly from the ski slopes?
No. Areas included within security perimeters will be closed to public access during competitions. An official ticket is required to attend the events.
Will ski schools be open?
Yes. Ski schools and instructors will continue to offer ski and snowboard lessons before and during the Games in all areas not affected by competitions.
How will mobility and access work during the Games?
A system of car passes will be introduced to facilitate movement, and ski bus services as well as local public transport will be enhanced.
Will it be enjoyable to visit Cortina in the pre- and post-Olympic period?
Absolutely yes. Cortina will offer a lively atmosphere full of energy and new developments. In the months before and after the event, visitors will experience a destination evolving and becoming even more fascinating thanks to infrastructural improvements and renewed international attention.

What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 14:00 onwards and check-out is by 11:00 am.
Is baby-sitting available?
It is available on request for an additional fee and is subject to availability.
Are dogs and cats allowed?
Yes, dogs up to 35kg and cats up to 3kg.
Is there an additional fee for those travelling with a dog or a cat?
Yes, 50 euros a day per dog or cat.
Is dog sitting available?
It is available on request for an additional fee and is subject to availability.
What can you provide for our pets?
We are happy to provide bowls and mattresses.
Is the spa open to everyone?
The spa is open to adults by appointment; 16-17 year olds people can access but must have an authorization form signed by their parents.
Are there additional fees for the spa?
Our Spa costs 60 euros per person for a 2 hour slot, plus an additional fee if one stays beyond that time for other treatments. The cost of the spa is reduced to 40 euros per person between the hours of 12:00-3:00 pm.
What time is breakfast?
07:30-10:30 am.
Does the restaurant have options available for Coeliacs and Vegans?
Yes.
Is there a laundry service?
Yes, an external service for a fee.
Is there a safe in the bedroom?
Your security is important to us.
For this reason, the safe in the bedroom is available for free.
HOTEL de LEN is also equipped with an additional safe where you can deposit your valuables.

Is parking available?
Yes, the Hotel de Len car park is 400 metres from the hotel and it costs 55 euros per day with car valet or 28 euro per day without car valet.
You will not be charged on the day of departure if the car is collected before 11:00 am.
Is there a shuttle service for cableway available or is it possible to organise a transfer? What is its cost?
There is a free hotel shuttle service that departs every 30 minutes for the main Faloria and Freccia nel Cielo cableway. For transfers from the airport or to other destinations, a paid service is available upon booking.
