SPA POLICY

All guests staying at the hotel have 60 minutes of spa access included in their room booking, per person, per stay.  
 
For guests who wish to repeat the experience during their stay (after using the 60 minutes included in the purchase price), the cost will be €30 per hour, per person.  
 
To enjoy the complimentary access, we kindly ask all our guests to make a reservation to ensure availability for their preferred date and time. Access to the spa is permitted for guests aged 18 and over. Guests aged 16 to 18 may access the spa only with a signed authorisation from a parent or legal guardian. Access is not permitted for children under the age of 16, even if accompanied by parents. 

All guests accessing the facilities or treatments are required to complete a consultation form. Fifteen minutes before the appointment, our team will deliver a box containing a bathrobe and slippers to the guest’s room, allowing them to change comfortably before heading to the spa. Swimwear is mandatory inside the spa facilities; swimwear is also available for purchase at the spa for guests who need it. 

It is prohibited to bring food or drinks into the entire spa area, except those served by the hotel at designated points. All spa access and treatments can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. For cancellations made after this time frame, 100% of the cost of the booked service will be charged. 

For the “Spa By Night” and “Spa By Night: The Five Senses of Wellbeing” experiences, cancellations are free of charge up to 72 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made after this period will incur a 100% charge for the booked experience. Cancellations are considered valid only if submitted in writing.
