Sunset on the Snow: Hike, Outdoor Hot Tub Aperitif & Mountain Dinner

An unforgettable evening adventure in the Dolomites, following a scenic route to Rifugio Mietres at 1,710 metres. After an hour-long ascent through snow-covered woodlands, the valley of Cortina reveals itself in all its splendour, with the mountain peaks glowing in the golden light of sunset.

At the rifugio, relaxation continues with an aperitif in a traditional outdoor hot tub, where warm water and crisp mountain air create the perfect setting to enjoy a glass of fine local wine, paired with a selection of cured meats and cheeses.

The experience is completed by a hearty mountain dinner at Rifugio Mietres, where guests can savour authentic alpine flavours before descending along the same trail beneath a starlit sky.
