Together with our kitchen team and guided by our Chef, you will have the opportunity to learn how to prepare casunziei, a tasty first course typical of Cortina d’Ampezzo, and discover all the secrets of this recipe.
At the end of the experience, it will be possible to taste a dish of casunziei prepared directly by the Chef, accompanied by a glass of local wine.
