RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLATION POLICY
A deposit of 20% of the total price will be requested at the time of booking and the remaining balance will be required 45 days before the booked experience. The payment can be made; by credit card following the link sent via email. Immediately after the payment, it will be necessary for you to send valid identification documents of those that are taking part in the experience.
Cancellation with more than 91 days notice before the experience: loss of the paid deposit with the possibility of using 10% of it for a future experience; this credit must be used within 1 year;
• cancellation with 90 to 46 days notice before the experience: loss of the entire deposit;
• cancellation with 45 to 31 days of notice before the experience: loss of 50% of the total payment;
• cancellation within 30 days: loss of 100% of the total payment.
Peak Season (from the 22nd of December to the 6th of January and from the 2nd of February to the 21st of March): from the moment of booking up until 48 hours before your arrival, there is a cancellation penalty of 30% of the total payment; within 48 hours before your arrival, or following a no-show, the cancellation penalty will be 100% of the total payment.
Other periods: from the moment of booking up until 24 hours before your arrival, there is a cancellation penalty of 30% of the total payment; 24 hours before arrival or following a no-show, there is a cancellation penalty of 100%.
As soon as we receive a request of trip cancellation, the following tariffs will be applied:
• 21 days or more before departure: the traveller and his/her group can cancel the trip with a full refund, rebook the trip for a future date or receive a voucher* for a future trip within two years of the original departure date.
• 20 days or less before departure: the traveller and his/her group can rebook the trip for a future date or receive a voucher* for a future trip within two years of the original departure date.
* Excluding any non-refundable costs, including 150 euros development fee (for refund – rebooking and travel voucher)
• Positive COVID-19 test with medical certification of the result
• Official COVID-19 travel restrictions officially put in place by the Italian government and/or the guest’s home country. These include: the prohibition of free movement between countries or internal regions within Italy and/or because of the closure of routes into Italy (lockdown, red zones and quarantine zones).
All cancellations must be sent in writing.
