Andrea Pomo leads an evening of flavours both new and familiar, presenting signature cocktails that elevate the rich notes of Santa Teresa 1796 Rum. This fine spirit also takes centre stage in a dessert created exclusively by the de LEN pastry team, accompanied by a rum mignonette to further enrich its flavour.

An evening dedicated to unexpected flavours, where Ansony Murcia from “Piano 35” in Turin leads a tasting of creative and refined cocktails featuring Venturo bitter. Each drink is crafted to highlight the unique nuances of this Mediterranean-inspired spirit.

DE LEN NEW YEAR’S EVE

31 December

Celebrate the final night of the year surrounded by friends, both old and new, for a New Year’s Eve that combines local flavours with the joy of conviviality. The evening features a welcome aperitif and a dinner around a social table, featuring a menu inspired by Ampezzo traditions and paired with selected wines that enhance its flavours. 

After the final toast and a taste of traditional cotechino with lentils, the night comes alive on floor -1, with innovative cocktails and an engaging DJ set that keep the celebrations going until late into the night. 

BRUNCH DE LEN

1 JANUARY

Wake up on the morning of New Year’s Day and take things slowly, indulging in a contemporary brunch complemented by a carefully selected range of wines. A gastronomic experience to welcome the new year, savouring mountain flavours and the slow pace of time, while the vibrant life of Cortina d’Ampezzo is reflected in the large windows of the HOTEL’s restaurant.

The combination of traditional cuisine, fine wines, and the charming atmosphere of the Dolomites creates an unforgettable experience through food and Italian wine culture. 

On January 4th, HOTEL de LEN celebrates the rich tastes of Conegliano-Valdobbiadene with wines from the Nino Franco winery, innovative but firmly anchored in their terroir. These prosecco wines with strongly fruity and floral tones are accompanied by a tasting of one of the best local caviars, whose quality and delicate flavour are the result of careful selection and thorough research.

QUATTRO MANI A BAR DE LEN

An event with the experts of Italian mixology in the intimate and relaxed atmosphere of Bar de LEN. Expert hands create traditional drinks and experiment with new combinations, surrounded by soft lights and gentle notes of live music. 

The event will be focused on Martini, a leading producer of distilled spirits and sparkling wines. A secret recipe based on “the gold of the hills,” the Moscato Bianco grape, replicated only through smells and flavours by professional master blenders. A collection of products that celebrate Piedmontese craftsmanship through a combination of tradition and modernity, from the vanilla aftertaste of White Martini to the dry and delicate taste of the Extra Dry Martini.

In the afternoon, you will have the chance to explore the world of Vermouth and discover the rich history of the ‘Martini & Rossi’ group in an engaging free masterclass with Federico Volpe, brand ambassador of the Martini line.

GIRO D'ITALIA

8 MARCH

A journey to discover the best Italian wineries, where each sip of wine embodies a unique story and terroir, for a complete overview of the Italian winemaking scenario.

On March 8, the HOTEL de LEN will offer the wines of the Kettmeir winery, steeped in South Tyrol’s vineyards and a symbol of advancement in the winemaking tradition. A winery that leans towards the future through oenological experimentation while passing on the prestige of ancient traditions such as the Metodo Classico, which gives an intense aromaticity and delightful freshness to the wines.
