NEW YEAR'S EVE

december 31st

The final night of the year celebrates the mountains and contemporary culinary creativity, enriched by a musical selection that sets the tone for the entire night. After a welcome aperitif in the Salotto, dinner unfolds around a social table, with a menu inspired by Ampezzo tradition and elevated by carefully chosen wine pairings. At midnight, the toast and the traditional cotechino with lentils open the way to the celebration: on the lower ground floor, a DJ set lights up the party with a mix of classic cocktails and unexpected blends, carrying the night well into the early hours.

NEW YEAR'S BRUNCH

A contemporary brunch set to live music, to welcome the new year, savouring mountain-inspired flavours in a convivial atmosphere. The restaurant’s wide windows frame the vibrancy of Cortina d’Ampezzo, while inside, the day begins with an experience both refined and full of character.

The combination of traditional cuisine, fine wines, and the charming atmosphere of the Dolomites creates an unforgettable experience through food and Italian wine culture. 

On January 4th, HOTEL de LEN celebrates the rich tastes of Conegliano-Valdobbiadene with wines from the Nino Franco winery, innovative but firmly anchored in their terroir. These prosecco wines with strongly fruity and floral tones are accompanied by a tasting of one of the best local caviars, whose quality and delicate flavour are the result of careful selection and thorough research.

GIRO D'ITALIA

A journey to discover the best Italian wineries, where each sip of wine embodies a unique story and terroir, for a complete overview of the Italian winemaking scenario.

On March 8, the HOTEL de LEN will offer the wines of the Kettmeir winery, steeped in South Tyrol’s vineyards and a symbol of advancement in the winemaking tradition. A winery that leans towards the future through oenological experimentation while passing on the prestige of ancient traditions such as the Metodo Classico, which gives an intense aromaticity and delightful freshness to the wines.
